Getting into Manhattan Via Train
From our Bed and Breakfast it is exactly 7/10 of a mile to the Journal Square Path Train stop which takes you directly into Manhattan within ten minutes. You can walk to the train stop from our Bed and Breakfast within ten minutes. (If I am available, which I usually am, I will drop you off at the Journal Square Path train stop for free.) It takes about 2 or 3 minutes to get there by car from my house. Coming back you can take a taxi from the Train Station for $5.00. (Though it is only a 10 minute walk.)
Walking from our Bed and Breakfast to the Journal Square train stop couldn't be much easier. I am on Mercer Street. Out of my house you make a right turn. You take Mercer Street exactly six blocks to Bergen Ave. You make a right onto Bergen Ave. and go eight blocks to the train stop. It's on the right immediately past the Taxi stand that you will see on your right after you walk the eight blocks.
